CompanySignatures gives a whole company matching email signatures with nothing to install. Pricing is a flat yearly price per company size band, never per seat. Every paid plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by how many members can have managed signatures.

## Rules that apply to every plan

- Never per seat: adding a teammate inside your band never changes the bill
- 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions: full refund, no questions asked
- Switch bands any time from the billing portal
- On cancellation the workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, members can still open their personal links and re-copy their signatures
- Hosted signature images keep serving for 90 days after cancellation, and archived image versions are retained for 12 months before deletion
- No recipient tracking on any plan: no pixels, no click redirects, no analytics attached to signatures
